terms and conditions
Curate Kitchen Pte Ltd (“we, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”).
We request that you kindly go through and read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with us at yeamama.com.sg (hereinafter to as the “Website”), or through our Yea! Mama sales hotline at +65 6245 1545 (hereinafter to as the “Hotline”).
You should understand that by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, do not access this Website or any pages thereof.
The Terms & Conditions below apply to any order placed with Yea! Mama Experiential Catering:
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Revision of Goods & Services Tax (GST) Rate- Based on the Singapore Government’s announcement in Budget 2023, GST rate will be increased from 8% to 9% with effect from 1 January 2024.
As such, GST will remain at 8% for any tax invoices or sale orders issued before 1 January 2023. On the other hand, GST will be charged at 9% for any tax invoices or sale orders issued on or after 1 January 2024.
For those tax invoices or sale orders issued before 1 January 2023, but delivery date is scheduled on or after 1 January 2023, full payment must be received and reflected in our bank accounts on or before 31 December 2023.
For cheque payment, please ensure the cheque reaches us by 28 December 2023 to ensure cheque clearance on time.
If no payment was made based on the above cut-off date, we are required to reissue a new tax invoice or sale order after 1 January 2024 to charge the GST at 9% according to the transitional rules for rate change by IRAS, and you must make payment based on the new tax invoices or sale orders with GST charged at 9%.
CATERING
- No Member’s Price or Promotion is applicable to Contracted Menu/Contracted Venues.
- All items, menus and confirmations are subjected to availability on first-come-first-served basis.
- All items, menus and prices are subjected to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company
- Food best consumed within 3 hours (with warmers) / 1 hour (without warmers)
- All prices quoted are exclusive of GST
- Menus & prices quoted in brochure and catalogue are subjected to change.
BUFFET RECEPTION
- Complete table layout with skirting and warmers
- Full set of disposable wares & serviettes provided
BENTO
- Minimum order quantity for each bento category applies.
- Bento packages are not entitled to further discounts or promotions.
- Individually packed disposable cutleries & serviettes will be provided.
- All Bentos are packed in disposable bento boxes
- Upgrade to sustainable bagasse ware is subject to availability and surcharge.
- Food is best consumed within 1 hour upon delivery.
- Order must be placed 3 working days (72hours) before 12nn in advance excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday prior to the delivery/self-collection date.
DELIVERY FEES
- Mini Buffet, Mini Party Set, Bento Set Meals, $40.00 ($43.60 w/GST)
- Buffet Menu Packages: $75.00 ($81.75 w/GST)
- Full Day Seminar Packages: $150 ($196.20 w/GST)
- Half Day Seminar Packages: $140 ($152.60 w/GST)
- Full Day Seminar Bento: $120 ($130.80 w/GST)
- Half Day Seminar Bento: $80 ($87.20 w/GST)
- Additional delivery charge at $50 ($54.50 w/GST) for delivery to postal codes of 62, 63, and 09.
SALES ORDER CONFIRMATION
- Order will be processed once we receive an acknowledgment via WhatsApp or email
- Actual delivery time may vary 30 minutes before or after the stipulated delivery time
- Any amendments must be made at least 3 working days prior to the event date.
FOR ALL BENTO ORDERS
- Food is best consumed within 1 hour of delivery
- Table for food and warmer is NOT provided
FOR ALL BUFFET ORDERS
- Any damages to the equipment will be charged accordingly.
- Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level
- An additional charge of S$50.00 (S$54.50 inclusive of GST) per level will be imposed on the customer for a location that is not at the lift landing level.
- All requests for collection the following day after event will be chargeable at $100 – $200 per trip
PAYMENT METHOD AND OPTIONS
Yea! Mama accepts payment via PayNow, Credit Card, Debit Card or Cheque upon confirmation (Only available for Corporate Orders – cheques must be crossed and made payable to “Curate Kitchen Pte Ltd”) only. All payments have to be made in full at least 3 working days before an event.

Please note that there will be an admin fee charged by the payment gateway to process the transaction.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Kindly contact our sales representative (by way of writing) at least 3 working days before the event date for any cancellation. The following cancellation policy will apply:
- If more than 72 hrs – 100% Refund, with 5% admin fee
- If within 72 hrs – 50% Refund + 5% Admin Fee
- If within 24 hrs before the event – No refund
REFUND POLICY
Please be advised that in the event of a refund, a 5% administration fee will not be refunded. This fee covers the cost of processing the original transaction and is non-refundable.
Refunds are subjected to approval by the management. We reserve the right to reject any refund with appropriate reasons.
