Curate Kitchen Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”).

We request that you kindly read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with us at yeamama.com.sg (the “Website”) or through our Yea! Mama sales hotline at +65 6245 1545 (the “Hotline”).

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, please do not access this Website or place an order with us.

The Terms & Conditions below apply to any order placed with Yea! Mama Experiential Catering

GENERAL TERMS

  • No Member’s Price or Promotion is applicable to Contracted Menus or Contracted Venues.
  • All items, menus and confirmations are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • All items, menus and prices are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Menus and prices quoted in brochures, catalogues and marketing materials are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
  • GST will be charged at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of transaction.
  • Orders must be placed at least 3 working days (72 hours) before 12:00 PM, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, prior to the delivery or self-collection date.

BUFFET INCLUSIONS & SET-UP

  • Complete table layout with skirting and warmers.
  • Full set of disposable wares and serviettes provided.
  • Any damages to equipment provided will be charged accordingly.
  • Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level only.
  • An additional charge of S$50.00 (S$54.50 inclusive of GST) per level will be imposed for locations that are not at lift landing level.
  • Requests for collection on the following day after the event will be chargeable at S$100.00 – S$200.00 per trip.

BENTO INCLUSIONS

  • Minimum order quantity for each Bento category applies.
  • Bento packages are not entitled to further discounts or promotions.
  • Individually packed disposable cutleries and serviettes will be provided.
  • All Bento meals are packed in disposable Bento boxes.
  • Upgrade to sustainable bagasse ware is subject to availability and surcharge.
  • Tables, warmers and buffet equipment are NOT provided for Bento orders.

FOOD CONSUMPTION GUIDELINES

  • Buffet food is best consumed within:
    • 3 hours with warmers
    • 1 hour without warmers
  • Bento meals are best consumed within 1 hour upon delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Mini Buffet, Mini Party Set, Bento Set Meals: S$50.00 (S$54.50 inclusive of GST)
  • Buffet Menu Packages: S$85.00 (S$92.65 inclusive of GST)
  • Full Day Seminar Packages: S$160.00 (S$174.40 inclusive of GST)
  • Half Day Seminar Packages: S$150.00 (S$163.50 inclusive of GST)
  • Full Day Seminar Bento: S$130.00 (S$141.70 inclusive of GST)
  • Half Day Seminar Bento: S$90.00 (S$98.10 inclusive of GST)
  • An additional delivery surcharge of S$50.00 (S$54.50 inclusive of GST) applies to postal sectors 62, 63 and 09.

SALES ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • Orders will only be processed upon receipt of written acknowledgment via WhatsApp or email.
  • Actual delivery time may vary by up to 30 minutes before or after the stipulated delivery time.
  • Any amendments must be submitted at least 3 working days prior to the event date.

PAYMENT METHOD AND OPTIONS

Yea! Mama accepts payment via PayNow, Credit Card, or Debit Card upon confirmation. All payments have to be made in full at least 3 working days before an event.

Please note that there will be an admin fee charged by the payment gateway to process the transaction.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Kindly contact our sales representative (by way of writing) at least 3 working days before the event date for any cancellation. The following cancellation policy will apply:

  • If more than 72 hrs – 100% Refund, with 5% admin fee
  • If within 72 hrs – 50% Refund + 5% Admin Fee 
  • If within 24 hrs before the event – No refund

REFUND POLICY 

Please be advised that in the event of a refund, a 5% administration fee will not be refunded. This fee covers the cost of processing the original transaction and is non-refundable.

Refunds are subjected to approval by the management. We reserve the right to reject any refund with appropriate reasons.
