Is the Mother’s Day menu halal-certified?

Yes, all Yea! Mama catering menus are halal-certified and suitable for both family and corporate celebrations.

When is the Mother’s Day menu available?

Full menu details will be unveiled soon. Enquiries are now open and we recommend reserving early as peak dates fill quickly.

What is the minimum lead time for orders?

Please confirm your catering order at least 3 working days (Monday to Friday) in advance of your event date.

Earlier confirmation is strongly encouraged for Mother’s Day weekend.

When is my booking confirmed?

Submission of enquiry does not guarantee confirmation.
Booking is only confirmed once our sales team contacts you and payment has been received.

Our team will respond within 24 hours.

What are the payment terms?

Full payment is required upon receipt of confirmation order.
For non-corporate orders, payment must be made before the event date to secure your slot.

Can I make changes after confirmation?

Upon confirmation, changes to the menu are not allowed.

However, we may allow an increase in number of pax if informed at least 2 working days before the event date, subject to ingredient availability.

What does the mini buffet include?

Mini buffet orders include:

• Food served in disposable black takeaway trays (drop-off service)
• A full set of disposable biodegradable wares
• Food best consumed within the time-stamping notice (in accordance with SFA guidelines)

Optional table setup with floral centrepiece is available at $80.00.

Do you provide service staff?

Service staff are available at $100.00 per server (maximum 3 hours).

Are there delivery charges?

Delivery fees apply as follows:

• Normal delivery – $40.00
• Jurong Island – $50.00

Kindly allow a 30-minute (+/-) grace period for delivery timing, subject to traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

Additional charges of $50.00 ($53.50 inclusive of GST) per level apply for locations without lift landing access.

What is the cancellation policy?

Upon confirmation, cancellation of catering order will incur a penalty of 50% of total food price.

If cancellation is made within 24 hours from the event date, a penalty of 100% of total food price will apply.

Can this menu be ordered for corporate celebrations?

Yes. Our Mother’s Day menu is suitable for both home celebrations and office appreciation events.
